Holistic nutrition represents an umbrella of consumption of whole, organic, unprocessed and chemical free foods. To understand nutrition, it is important to eat healthy foods, eat live foods and exercise. Consuming a healthy diet, managing one’s thoughts - replacing stresses with joy thus striving for good emotional health - enables one to postpone the dying process and extend the productive years.
