Skin Unique Inc. Spa Services Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
Please schedule your spa service as far in advance as possible so that we can meet your scheduling request. Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a major credit card, name and telephone number.
Reservations can be made for services by calling (519) 641-1589. We are available here to help you to plan your experience, including the best order of treatments. When making your appointment please notify us if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant or have any other health condition.
As a courtesy to other guests and ourselves, we ask that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. Fifty percent of the value of the treatment will be charged for cancellations received less than 8 hours before a scheduled appointment. No-Shows and cancellations within 4 hours of the scheduled service are non-cancelable and are charged at full value.
Gift certificate sales are final. However, unopened products returned, within 7 days with receipt will be issued a full refund.
